Halloween is almost here! Time for spooky things and yummy candy.
I have been incredibly busy, so please excuse my long absence from my blog. Believe me, I love to post, but sometimes things come up and there isn't enough time to do it.
Have a great weekend. We are expecting heavy rain and lots of strong wind due to Hurricane Sandy. Not happy about that, I don't want to lose power. Keep your eyes peeled, next week I have more goodies to share! Stay tuned and thank you for stopping by.

Thank goodness we were spared from Sandy, Janet. The winds weren't too bad, but the surge was terrible. My heart goes out to the folks in the Northeast.
I hope you had a nice Halloween AND a nice birthday too. Would you believe I had circled the 23rd on my calendar and forgot to stop by? Like I said, crazy month for me, but it was so much fun.
I did; however, stop by with good news today. I had promised to announce the October Babies winner on Nov. 1st, and you are the winning October baby, my friend. Woo-hoo! As you may recall, I had not decided on a prize, but I had the whole month to think it over and I've chosen a scrapbook/journal which I purchased in the summer but never started. I thought it would be fun to have several blogging friends decorate it instead. Each of you can decorate a couple of pages and then pass it along to a blogging friend of your choice. Not sure if you're familiar with Smash journals, but that's what it is.
